  56. Stillness of heart,

Thank you for following my blog. I am curious how an educated and well read gentleman such as yourself found his way to a sexual submissive’s blog about her journey through the world of Dominance and submission.

I do enjoy reading the Civil War journal entries. I wasn’t aware that the southerners chose to burn their own cotton. It does seem rather like cutting off one’s nose to spite one’s face, but people will have their own way. Her vehement assertion that the residents of Vicksburg would rather see their city burn than in the hands of Yankees confirms this.

Do you comment ever on the things you post or do you simply share them?

Right off the bat, your link to the article on Louis C.K’s Symphony of Comedy has caught my eye. I look forward to reading more of your entries.

  58. “Do you comment ever on the things you post or do you simply share them?”

Aside from short introductions in certain posts, I tend to let the content speak for itself and stay out of the readers’ way.

  63. Thanks for your interest in my blog. I’m a lapsed Civil War buff, but I’m thinking of writing a story about either young boys in the War, or women posing as men in the War. I may contact you in the future for some of your expertise and/or guidance.

    Chris

  64. The Civil War got me hooked on history.

By the way, in Chapter 24 of “Vampire Syndrome”, Lilith (president of the vampires) recalls some Civil War-era alt-history ;)

“The Civil War wasn’t just the Normals,” I continue. “The White Blood Men killed several hundred Vampires, with thousands more fleeing in their wake. Finally, in 1863, President Montgomery gave us the okay to liquidate them.
